Provided by SuperpagesThey advertise that you can always return a Staples brand item. Well that's what I just tried to do - a simple exchange of a 2-in Better Binder for a 1.5-in Better Binder and it became a big issue. I don't have the receipt (it was a biz purchase & my bookkeeper has them) but with a simple exchange like that it shouldn't be a problem. I even told them I didn't care about the price difference - I wasn't asking for a refund. Still, I wound up leaving frustrated with the same binder I walked in with. I will try another location for this exchange and then I'll avoid Staples in the future. Terrible customer service!
