rude and angry dispatcher, wouldnt recommend

Called this business couple of times, the guy who answers the phone is rude, nasty, always has a snarky, stupid remark ready, not willing to help our. Just the worst 2 experiences. I thought the first time the guy wasn't in the mood, but the 2nd time was exactly the same. I would never deal with such unprofessional nasty company. I would give negative stars if possible.
