Travelcell helped me stay connected while i was overseas and the staff was extremely helpful! keep up the great work

Travelcell is a scam. We rented an internet aircard and were misquoted and incorrectly charged. They would not work with us and are impossible to get through to. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. Will not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone!

TravelCell is the BEST company to rent from! They have the lowest rates and best service worldwide, and they are VERY friendly! They helped me out even with last minute changes....all my business associates rent from travelcell.com for Europe and the Far east.

I just got back from my trip overseas and was very pleased with my TravelCell phone. There were no glitches with my reception and their customer support was always available to clarify whatever concerns I may have had. The plans available are very straightforward and based on my particular needs, a representative was able to pinpoint the plan perfect for me. There were no hidden fees or surprises unlike with companies Ive used in the past and my bill was processed in a timely matter, so I didnt have to concern myself with following up about what I owe. I would and already have recommended them to my friends/family. Thanks guys for alleviating my travel worries!

Travelcell is this most frustrating company to rent from. We rental a satellite phone from them for which they required a $1500 deposit. They explained that they would return the money as soon as the bill was processed. It took three month to receive our bill and they held our deposit that entire time. When trying to reach the company, I always had to wait at least 20 minutes to get through to them. We will never use this company again. STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELCELL!
