Provided by YP.comI was looking for a friendly post office that could renew passports when I stumbled upon here. All of the Postal offices seem to have a truckload of awful negative reviews about passports and the workers. However, When I went today the service was AMAZING. The lady at the desk answered all of my questions, informed me, and was very respectful, chill, and polite. She deserves a raise in my opinion!

Provided by YPmobileThe worst post office in the world. They lie all the time about attempting to deliver your package. They have the worst attitude and don't dare ask to speak to a supervisor because it will be like speaking to satan. This locations needs to be shut down or bring in staff who really want to work. There are people out here that would really like a job.

Provided by YP.comCareful there! packages disappear, you don't get your mail, packages are open and the inside is stolen...and if you go to talk to the manager, you better run! Horrible but worse you can't trust them. I use USPS in the city but unfortunately I get the mail here at 11225, I even thought of moving because of how bad the USPS in this zip code is. Why aren't they doing anything about it?

Provided by YP.comAfter visiting the post office located 315 Empire Blvd in Brooklyn for fourth time, I said "enough".
I was okay (as many other customers) to stay for long time on lines while clerks having their breaks, lunches, or just just being slow, rude, and arrogant.
However, after the visit on June 25th of the current year, I decided to avoid people which work here, and let others know that simple postal procedure can be turned to humaliation. The bottom line: If someone needs apply for US passport, please avoid a male clerk because, if you need to put in application one word he found you missed while filling it out, do not ask him for a pan because he can just threw it. Also, try to avoid to find support from the lady with name Quinn who walks along a line and offers her help: you will hear thousands words in response, but it will not make you happy. Or another middle age female clerk which seems enjoys by her superior attitude to the customers. Manager seems as a nice person. May be just because of she, this business is not down yet?
