After buying furniture from this company for 3 years now I have only good things to say. The furniture on the website is definitely grade A furniture, furniture is always delivered exactly as shown on site. There was once a mix up with a sofa i ordered (my mistake; I didn't read the measurements) I called the company they took the sofa back and ordered me a new one free of charge. Reliable customer service, great products and great prices.

I placed my order on the phone, I went online to gogofurniture.com wrote down the item numbers and called the number from the Brooklyn store, not the online store, but the guy told me it was the same thing. I placed the order and one of the stuff I order, specifically, a dining set, they sent me the wrong dining set, then the guy did not want to give me a refund and said he could only give a credit, the dining set was $599. Obviously I wanted my money back, they didn't have the dining table I wanted, and it was not my fault they sent the wrong one, according to the sales person, they had an old picture online of the dining table, which again is not my fault, they should update their website database. The fact is I am still calling the guy to get my refund, he said I can pick it up anytime, but they will deduct 30%, I say ok, I still want my refund, now I am calling the guy to stop by the furniture store to get my refund money and the guy is constantly hiding from me, I am not even sure at this time, that I will get my money back, he is probably keep hiding and making time so that the 30 days period will expired and finally not give me the refund. Overall I wouldn't buy from this furniture store never again.
