BEWARE AND BEWARED HORRILBE SERVICE I bought my mom a coat and she specifically asked them if they could clean it , It said dry clean only on the inside but she wanted to make sure because of the leather trip they said yes they could clean the coat hey charged her $17.00 when she went back to pick up the coat the leather around the coat was ruined , my mom is 77 years old and on a fixed income she called the owner Lauren they also have a Fairview park location and she said there is nothing she would do to compensate my mom for their error, I think that is horrible how they treated her she is a senior citizens.

Used this place because it was convenient. The lady at the front desk has no customer service skills. I tolerated the crappy customer service. But when they lost my clothes it was the last straw. I am never going back.
