They told us one price then jump up on it at day of sale then the truck has only maybe been drove 10times local it been in the shop ever since. Not only that the day we was bring it home had to turn around and take it back cause it was pouring oil everywhere (they won't even sale the Vehicles with a full tank of fuel) so I didn't find out until I left to fill up that I was dumping oil all over the place. I've had the truck since August of 2014 and it April of 2015. I would not buy another vehicle from there.

Excellent pre sales communication, however once we purchased a vehicle, the lights didn't work on delivery (easily fixed however), and the battery went flat within 3 days, setting us back $120. Auto Country were not interested in reimbursing us a cent for it, nor interested in helping us with anything else they had offered to! After sales is appalling, would not use again, nor unfortunately recommend. The salesman who sold us the car initially could probably be quite successful if he worked for a more professional company!



Incidentally, I complained on there Facebook page, and they deleted it almost immediately without any communication or attempt to resolve the issue with me.
