I'm kinda new to the area so I had work done at a shop nearest my home in Spring Hill. It turned out to be a disaster! After 4 trips my rode like crap.

By chance I lucked out and brought my road bike to Mark at Crank Works and he salvaged the shoddy work and made the adjustments needed to have my road bike running like a clock in one short visit.

I'll be going back again!

Great customer service. This shop has only been open2 years but is far superior to the other shops in the county. Always has inventory and if they dont have it, they get it in quickly. I have ordered a few things through them and always get my stuff in a day or two. Super nice husband and wife that run it. The mechanic is one of the best I have dealt with. They are both cyclists and really know their stuff. Would definately recommend this shop over any of the others in the county. Hope they will be around awhile.
