One of there guys was speeding on my street with children then backed into my driveway at 30 mph hope to find this prick

I called for an estimate on my broken garage door. I was greeted by a woman, I believe Rebecca, who was so nice and helpful. She gave me an appointment the same day. Erik, the technician, showed up on time, was immediately like a friend but still holding the utmost professionalism. He explained everything about what was broken, showed me where and how the parts broke and gave me a great lesson on proper maintenance for a garage door. He made sure I understood everything. Answered all of my questions thoroughly. He wrote up 4 different estimates, explaining how important each one was, starting from the min8mal that needed to be done to work that will need to be done in the future. I wasn’t being pushed to pay for an entire rebuild right now. I can do some work now and have the rest done later on. I believe this company is honest, they are not out to just make money, but they understand real life and not everyone can afford everything all at once. Erik was so patient as I called my dad to talk to him and he even answered my dad’s questions. I will never use another company. They are the real deal.

Same Day service! Used them once 6 years ago and bought a 'rebuild package'. They came back yesterday and fixed my door and stood by their warranty. They were out in a few hours, didn't charge me a thing. Thoroughly Impressed!

1- Same day service! The tech came out in under 2 hours of my initial call, to replace a snapped torsion spring. They left the door working better than ever before, and made some unsolicited adjustments to the door mechanism to ensure smoother operation in the future. I'd recommend this company to friends - the price was more palatable than all quotes received, and the actual time it took to complete the job - removing and replacing 2 torsion springs on a double garage, was around 30 minutes including clean-up and inspection. Thanks DGD. I realize this may not be a typical turnaround time, but I sure appreciate it. One less thing to worry about. Efficient and Professional.

Cont....had Branch out today, was not the springs at all that DGD said for $635, but a gear on the opener for $131. Door works great and quiet. Stay away from DGD if your smart.

Wanted some PM done, said I need new springs. Would not adjust rust free in good condition springs. New springs quote, $635! WOW! Another door company with good ratings quote was $202.

I called DGD to fix my garage door when the spring broke. From the professionalism in the office to the knowledgeable gentleman who worked on my door, it was a truly pleasurable experience. The technician, Roger, was very friendly and did a thorough inspection and then set down with me and went over options. He actually talked me out of spending additional money that I thought I was necessary. My garage door has never worked better, so quiet now! My husband doesn't wake up the family when he leaves early in the morning now. Thank you DGD!

These guys just want your credit card # then when they decide how much to fleece you after looking at your door then they can charge away on your card-stay away from these guys
