I was treated real well, Property Manager was polite and knowledgeable, was very upfront with prices and expectations.

This is the nastiest place I've ever lived! Bed bugs, rats, cockroaches, fleas, ants, centipedes, slugs, appliances don't work, leaks in the roofs, no maintenance, overgrown grass,unsanitary, unsafe for habitation! Bldg code been advised and the atty gen office. No one will take responsibility for conditions. I was lied to and treated as though I knew the conditions when I moved in. Not so. Told everything would be taken care of before I moved in. 7 mos later it has only gotten worse. This place needs to be shut down and condemned! Stay away!

I live here for a short while and the landlord is a slum lord! Rats, bugs, the place is falling apart the apartment I moved into had not been painted since the 1970's. The carpeting is from the 1970's. I was unaware when we moved in. If you're late with your rent more than a few days they get the sheriff and evict you. The dumpster is constantly over flowing and a few of the apartments are riddled with roaches. They can never keep a maintenance man to make repairs because they don't want to pay for the items for the repairs. The air conditioning units are to small and old. If an appliance or plumbing breaks you are responsible for repairs. Keep in mind these are old and used. The attic isn't properly insulated our electric bill ran between $300. -$470. a month depending if we used the air unit. And that's without using the dish washer daily or hot water for laundry. There are drug addicts in the nieghborhood and prostitutes. If you ask anyone who lives in the area or in the apartments they'll tell you the same! An elderly lady and her bed ridden husband in the front aparment on Julia court has holes in her walls where the rats ate thru and has severe electrical problems through-out her apart wires literally stick out of the walls where the rats also chewed. Also the apartments flood when there's heavy rains which is about every day. For the same rent I found a 3 bedroom including water, trash, pool, gym, laundry hook up, and basic cable nearby off Ridge Road. Save yourself time and aggravation the Julia Court Apartments, New Port Richey,Florida, 34652 are horrible!
