This service center franchise is Not registered w/ Better Business Bureau. They charged more than double what it should cost to replace AC Compressor, dryer, expansion valve & recharge the system. Ours is a Chrysler Town & Country Mini Van. They charged us $900.00+... and they broke an actuator motor that opens the recirc door, then refused to replace it. But, the oddest part was that we never had anywhere near cold air after their replacement. I've never been fleeced before, they refused to fix the problem and we suffered w/ out A/C for seven years. We just replaced the A/C compressor & dryer yesterday for $150 dollars for the AC compressor kit, our labor was $250 to put in new parts. Finally, we have normal A/C again no thanks to Ice Cold Air ripping us off, making excuses, and failing to fix an easy repair. What would you rather pay: $ 400 to honest mechanic w/ job done right or $900.00+ to Ice Cold Air and still have no AC. Company should be forced to close, Take them to Small Claim if you got ripped off in last 12 months.

A/C compressor kits are now available for $100 dollars refurbished and new A/C compressor kits for about $150 dollars. Lastly, they were unprofessional, dishonest, belligerent, refused to stand behind their work. Do Not pay them until repair is fixed 100%, but no one should trust these crooks.

Bruce & crew examined my Saturn Vue very quickly and determined why the AC System wasn't working properly. I scheduled an appointment to have the repair and in just two short hours, I was out the door and the AC System was working properly. This was my first visit to Bruce's Shop and I will be recommend his shop and staff to anyone that needs AC System work. Bruce saved me a few hundred dollars, based on the previous shop quote, a much higher price for the repair. Thanks again.
