John Mason Catering is the best there is. I am a businessman and I know professional service. He has catered our company events for the past three years as well as my Children's weddings. I have never been disappointed. Our menus are always to our specific tastes and the price is always within our planned budget. The added bonus is the table cloths and the napkins in out specific colors at no additional charge.

This caterer is the best in the Tampa Bay Area. He worked with us on our budget and there was plenty of food left over. I completely disagree with anyone who is not satisfied with this caterer. He stood behind his promised and gave us more than what we bargained for. Freshest food. Green beans cooked to perfection and the food couldn't have tasted better.

John Mason Catering catered our October 2011 wedding at the Brooksville Country Club. We got so many wonderful compliments from our guests regarding the set up of the room, the food and the excellent service. The appetizers were fantastic and were displayed beautifully. For dinner, we had stuffed flounder and a carving station with top round of beef. We can't think of a time we have had beef this tender and juicy. We must say John went above and beyond handling our event. It was so nice not to worry about the details and to leave everything to the professionals. If you are in the planning stages of your wedding, we would strongly suggest John Mason Catering. Tammy and Bobby

From start to finish, John Mason's services were very professional. A well organized staff set up for our fuction on time and quickly. The food was served hot and got raves from the guests especially the Chicken Marsala. The servers were curtious and efficient. I would definately use John Mason Catering again.

Good food but the staff unprofessional. I agree with previous post, John promises excellence but doesn't not deliver then makes excuses. Does not have the sophistication needed nor would I recommend him for events such as a weddings.

The food that John Mason Catering prepared and served for our special wedding event was not even close to being cooked to satisfaction.The service was unsatisfactory as well.The owner promised us excellence and gave us a whole lot of invalid excuses at the end of the affair.NEVER AGAIN!
