I called this company to replace some damaged SOD, I told the lady I needed a n estimated to give to my insurance company, she assured me she would have someone call me back that day to schedule a time to come out and write the damage estimate. The day went by I never heard anything, I called her back the next day she tells me that she forgot no apologies or nothing. I let it slide however I was actually able to schedule an appointment towards the end of the week, we agreed on a day towards the end if the week in the AM, and I rearranged my patient schedule in order to accommodate them, which I am the paying customer so go figure. The next day I am waiting at 8 AM for this guy to show up and he is nowhere to be found. I called the lady and examined the situation she told me to hold for a second then she gets back to me by saying I'm not sure where he is at can I have him call you back. I told her if the estimate is not in the mailbox or door when I get home that I am taking business elsewhere. When I got home there was no estimate. What a joke this business is and the lady who answered my call was clueless, don't waste your time with these people. By the way you are required to give at least 1 star rating in order to submit your review so what does that tell you. You would think that with Obamas crippling economy that these people would be grabbing for any new customers and business that comes their way. I lost money rescheduling my business for these people who never showed up, they do not know how to conduct proper business and I wouldn't be surprised if they are not in business anymore in the future, Stay Away!

This company is a joke and two years later I'm still pulling weeds. They used terrible sod full of weeds and never removed the old sod like they were supposed to. I stopped them in the middle of laying the new sod and was told it was ready to lay. I was not charged the prep work but still they didn't do the job the right way. I sent several emails but no return go figure..

THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!! They DON'T care about there employees. They will FIRE AN EMPLOYEE if ythey get hurt on the job and WON'T report it to workers comp!! If this is how they treat the people who make THEM money, how can you trust they will care about you and your needs!! It's what is best for THEM, NOT YOU!!!
