The vet tech took my pregnant,female cat out of tbe carrier by the front door. The cat ran off into the wokds never to beseen again. I went tnere 50 mins away regularly to search tbe woods,but no luck. The Persian cat that I took in to be neutered they gave flea med to without telling me. They sold me flea med for him and I applied it. He died 4 days later. I went in and inquired about my lost cat and talked to the mgr about the one that they caused the death of. She was extremely rude and told me not to ever come back there. I was in tears because I nedded to keep searvhing for her. The girl behind the counter recorded it on her phone and posted it on social media with a rude caption calling me names. I then received a letter in the mail from their mgr Amanda stating that I was fired as a client and to never come back there. Now there is a litter of kittens and many,many more generations multiplying in the woods behind Pet Luv.

I don't do these reviews but have to this one. I have never seen a more dedicated, hard working, caring, loving group. I trap cats & they @ a very small fee, spay/neuter, worm & vaccinate them before putting out. They also provide many services to keep your pet health at no charge or for very little. Compassionate Veterinarian, use his services, help with donations.(like old towels-ask staff) MJohnson
