They must seek out and hire the most unpleasant people they can find in Brooksville. They are just short and rude.

Very poor service at this location, they don't have enough staff to handle appointments let alone walk in patients.

I was there 04-10-16 and a lady named Tracy went way above and beyond to solve an insurance dilemma so I could get the test I needed.... Long wait because of max walk ins but otherwise great. Thanx Tracy!

My father was just in for a blood test and the receptionist took it upon herself to chide him for coming in early to have his blood test done. She informed him that his was not a fasting test and that there were others that needed to get to work. First of all, she doesn't know what other appointments he has to go to today and secondly it is poor customer service to admonish your customers. If this is the standard procedure for your company, you might want to address it as it is my understanding that you are open to service the public.
