I have been to many dealerships across the country and have found that Register Chevrolet is heads and shoulders above all of them. Dealership is family owned and there is never any high pressured sales pitch. The service department is excellent. I see the same faces when I visit Register; that cannot be said by many dealerships. I like doing business with the same people on each visit. They are unusal from the standpoint that they are honest in their dealings with me. That cannot be said about many dealerships today. I guess you can tell I am a Register fan!

The worst place to get your RV repaired. I was lied to about why it took three weeks to get my rv repaired then it was repaired improperly. It was like pulling teeth to get them to look at it again. They lied to me about my warranty claim! They never filed a claim! I just received my check today that I had to file for! STAY AWAY!

Sales staff is knowledgeable and willing to work for you. One bad point is when you are on the lot just looking, the salesstaff gets pushy. This is a not so uncommon trait at dealerships.



The service writers are very helpful. usually having an idea of what is wrong with your car. This gives you an idea of what the service will cost. They call and keep you informed of the status of your vehicle several times a day. One time they fixed my car in the work order witing area and did not have to process the vehicle thru the seervice department, which would have taken longer.
