I am a retired Sheriff with 32 years law enforcement service in the state of Nevada. So you can imagine how alert I am to the scams and phoney games that occur within our society now days. Fran Cisek is the real estate agent who helped me relocate from NJ to Florida. I was very apprehensive and anxious about the move (and about purchasing a home Florida), since I'd lived in Jersey my whole life (63 years).

Fran recently sold ten acres for us. When I say Fran goes the extra mile for you, I mean it! She was always available for my call and kept us up to date with everything she was doing to advertise and get the word out. When we ran into a snag with a right of way issue, Fran knew just who to go to for the research. The issue was resolved to everyone's satisfaction and the sale was completed. I recently recommended her to friends when they were looking for a home and she helped them find the perfect one for their large family. They moved in last weekend. Fran Cisek was the ultimate professional through every aspect of the sale of my father's Spring Hill property. Living out of state, the process could have been problematic. Fran was informative and patient in her approach. Her wonderful visual presentation of the house online, was instrumental in having a full asking price offer (and eventual sale) within a week. We couldn't be more pleased. After having spent his winters there for over twenty years, she made what was a difficult time for my Dad much less stressful.

This was the most pleasant, professional and friendly Realtor I have ever encountered and personally, I was never very fond ot Realtors. Fran is a Gem, she found exactly what I dreamed of and the transaction went fast, easy and without any problems. She was more of a friend than just a business partner and helped to make my dream come true! I would not use any other Realtor, as a fact I have her sell my other home. Fran helped us buy our first house, the experience was nothing short of perfect. Fran was so helpful from beginning to end. Being first time homebuyers we need guidance with things like making the bank an offer, when to close to save the most money, she was even able to recommend a great mortgage broker and an insurance company who got us a great rate.

My nickname is "Picky," and Fran's patience and guidance were always in the forefront while we looked for just the right house. We knew what we didn't want -- and there are a lot of houses like that on the market -- but Fran never attempted to "sell" something we didn't like.
