Have use their service twice in the last couple years and just recently had a well pump replaced. The people are just amazing. Professional, personable and timely. I know if I need this type of service again in the future. I will be calling them. Highly recommend!!

We give this company a BIG OL 100% AAA++Our guy Erle Bishop 3rd !!! Is LIFE SAVIOR!!!! We hadn't had water for a yr n half we called every person from Inverness to Ocala to Brooksville and beyond and NOT one person wanted to help us or touch our well. UNtiL we stumbled upon this company in mid searching and THANK GOD! someone answered the phone and we told them the our pump went out etc. Well Erle the NEXT day came to check it out n we come to the conclusion we could try to save our existing well but to NO avail! > with hours of trying we again had to go ahead and decide to do a whole new well on the opposite side of our property! THIS guy is our life savor! With two wks of struggles and sweat and hard work and countless off push throughs and he worked effortlessly and was VeRY patients with us and we were struggling with a budget. He even continued to helped us even more so with supplys and materials past our budget we couldn't afford to put into. HE stayed by our side when it got tough! But was determined to see this through! Because of HIM and this COMPANY we have water FINALLY for our family a yr n half later WE ARE FOREVER Grateful,THANKFUL, and s0o happy some one at least helped us and stepped up when no would! of And we again wanted to say THaNK YOU Erle Bishop 3rd!!! We just can't thank you enough💜🙏

Great service can be hard to find especially when you need help quickly. Erle fit us in on short notice and provided professional and high quality work. They certainly live up to their name. We are so grateful that we were referred to him.

On time. The service was completed in a timely manner and the parts were replaced the next day. Everything is working better than new. Polite and courteous service every time. You can't ask for anymore.

I have been a customer of Technical Pump for over 13 years. My wife and I have a five-acre property. All serviced with a submersible well pump that feeds the entire house and property, a jet pump, pressure switches, motor control boxes, countless valves, an aeration system, and a complete water treatment system. Erle has been keeping all of this running flawlessly the entire time that we have lived here. That is why I have a hard time believing several of the reviews below. Our property is also rather isolated, and I trust only a few people to be on it when we are not at home. Erle is one of those people. He has pulled my complete well on several occasions when new pumps or drop pipes were needed and you can hardly tell he was here. Leaves no mess or damage even though he must bring his truck around my septic tank and into the back yard to get to the well. On one occasion, many years ago, our well was being over pumped and not enough water was flowing in to push our sprinkler system. Erle came out and instead of telling me I needed a new well drilled because this one was running dry (which he could have easily done), he brought in a dredging/plunging device and plunged the well out, providing plenty of water. This review is brought on by my most recent need for Technical Pump. The water treatment system that I mentioned has a treatment system and a softener system. The softener system stopped working and needed to be replaced. Erle installed a new softener system, and told me to keep using the treatment system as long as it would last. He did not try to sell me something that I did not need. Bottom line is I would not use anyone other than Technical Pump to service anything on my property that has anything to do with water.

I called this company to check out my well pump today, the tech (say's he was the owner) was terrible, i caught him in several lies, he tried telling me that my pump was no good, (the breaker was tripped). He said it didn't matter that the pump made the breaker trip. I told him I was going to get a 2nd. opinion.

I called another company and they found it was a bad contactor and only charged my $63.00. Three day's later I got a bill in the mail from "technical pump ser" for $85.00! I called to complain about the bill, they told me if i didn't pay they would put a lien on my property. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

When I Called they came out fast (2 hrs.), Diagnosed the problem right away (one part was bad)

But the tech/owner changed out 2 more parts that were still working. He claimed that the parts were getting old. He didn't ask me, he just changed them out. A professional would have would said ahead of time "these parts are working but they're getting old would you like to change them before there's a problem?

By not asking and just doing it he tripled the amount of the repair bill without regard to me the customer. Be wary of their tactics, make them explain everything up front and what they charge,

In short, owner of this company installed an excellent variable pump that failed because the piping leading to our house was too small. This is something that could have been predicted before installing the pump by digging a hole and visually inspecting the size of the pipe that feeds the house (something they can also see upon installation if not beforehand). However nothing was ever mentioned to us beforehand or while they installed the pump. They should have warned us or told us the variable speed (which cost almost $2000 more than a regular pump) was not compatible with the piping to our home. This is an older house and after having the pump ($4000 or little more) installed, 2 months later it began to cycle off and on erratically and sometimes we had no water after 60 seconds of running it. This issue persisted for almost a year off-and-on with Mr. Erle attempting to adjust the controls at the variable speed control box with no permanent resolution. Ultimately, we had to call someone else in the area because Erle explained, "well you don't need me to come out there to help you guys, you called someone else, remember?" after I told him we asked for a second opinion. An experienced local corrected the issue and took the variable speed off and replaced the small holding tank with a large one. The exact same set-up we had before Erle pitched us the variable speed pump with the addition 30 ft of larger piping feeding the house which increased the pressure of the water coming through the facet.

Technical pumps provided Great Service for my company. They were on time and explained in detail every process they went through. I definitely will be using them for my home sprinklers.
