Thelma and Tommie Dawson Founders Tommie Dawson Realty was established in 1952. The founders were pioneers in serving all aspects of real estate associated with a small rural community. Today, Tommie Dawson Realty is recognized as a leader in commercial and large acreage transactions, as well as residential sales in Hernando and Citrus Counties. We are especially proud of our state land acquisitions, placing over 8, 000 acres into preservation for future generations.
