Provided by YP.comI've been a customer here for several years and have always been very happy, so I'm not sure what others are complaining about. I don't get fake nails so I can't review that. I have big, bad feet and go every three weeks for a mani/pedi, my toenails and cuticles grow like weeds and the reason I keep going here is that they never, ever cut me and can take care of any ingrown toenails. I usually go early in the week when they're not too busy, there is always someone cleaning each pedicure station and sweeping the floor. I wait for the same person and always get a great pedicure. I'm in my 60's and honestly have been around the block and don't see the difference in a $35 spa pedicure here and one priced twice as much in a fancier salon. The restrooms are always clean and parking is easy. I am always simply amazed at the constant stream of women, all ages, coming in here for eyebrow, lip and chin wax, so I think the sheer volume speaks for their expertise. If you get a pedicure they comp the manicure which I appreciate because I just get my nails cut short with a clear polish, a lot of salons charge too much for that. I'm all about a clean place, not getting cut (might sound weird but if you have thick cuticles you'll get it) and getting a nice foot massage with the pedicure. Note, they don't use that Credo callous razor, which I think is technically illegal unless you ask for it. Just relax and get one of the spa pedicures for $35 with a free manicure.

Provided by YP.comI'm so glad I stopped in here. It's right down the street from my house, so that's super convenient for me. But that's just luck, I'd drive further if I had to! I never felt rushed during my treatments and appreciated that, so I'm glad that the people before me weren't rushed either.
They have a special right now, for $35 you get a spa pedi. I chose that option and asked to upgrade to the heel treatment. There was a minimal charge for the upgrade which I was more than willing to pay since I hadn't had an actual pedicure since December (5 months!). I ran my first and most likely last full marathon in December and it RUINED my feet, specifically my two big toes. I'd been waiting and waiting for them to grow back and it's seriously taking forever. My feet along with my toes were just disgusting, so I figured I could go in and worse comes to worst, I could stick a bandaid over my two big toes!
The young lady who helped me was just so polite and welcoming. She didn't make me feel embarrassed or weird about my gross toes and was super sweet about cleaning them up. We even polished them, which is just funny, but definitely makes me feel less awkward about my ugly feet. It's amazing how much better you feel about yourself when your feet look pretty!!
We moved on to the manicure next, which was short, sweet and to the point. She did a great job and the polish is perfect. I am only two hours post polish, so I hope it stays nice! I'll update if it winds up icky in a day. I chose a vinylux polish which is my favorite because it definitely lasts longer than regular polishes and the nice part of posh is that they don't up charge for vinylux. I always get frustrated when salons do up charge for it, considering I have a collection of it at home and never spend more than I would on a regular bottle of Essie or opi, so charging more for vinylux is ridiculous.
I believe my tech was Kim and she was a doll. Everyone there was super friendly! I will definitely return! They even have a loyalty card, that after 10 visits you get a $20 gift card.
Anyways, Pink Nails is the only FIVE STAR place I go to get my nails done! They always are being clean and ALWAYS using disinfectant on their tools which is very crucial to me. Other salons are pretty disgusting because they never disinfect their tools which I find disgusting. I have had issues where my regular manicure peels after two weeks but it is normally my fault from using my hands, gardening, and biting my nails (don't ask why) too much. They have top-of-the line workers that strive to do the best- especially Yen, as she perfects eyebrows for only $6. Lui, oh my heavens, she is the masseuse I need after I tense up after working for straight hours. They also have wheelchair accessible, as everything fits into the desks perfectly. I recommend getting a Spa pedicure, they let you pick from an assortment of scents (My favorites are Lavender or Green Tea), and they pamper you like a princess, for only $35! Free parking is a plus in front, but also in back which not a lot of people don't know about, so I mainly use it to my advantage! The Holidays season is getting pretty hectic, so I mainly come here with my sister to get powder nails with holiday designs. They are always willing to redo any nail for FREE that has been damaged though! What I find crazy is that you DON'T EVEN have to make an appointment, it's always a walk-in and someone is there all ready to do your nails. They have long hours 8am-10pm (definitely a plus for me since it's so convenient), even on holidays (That's crazy!!) Even the past month, I've been getting my ritual of my eyebrows waxed, and it's a real pleasure to get to know the owner throughout the enjoying and interesting conversations we had. The business owner is always a delight and pleasure to be with, I see that she works so hard and I wish it could pay off because as I know the nail industry is very hard to thrive.

Provided by YP.comMe and my sister went there just for fun, in need for some nails and grooming for prom lol! I ended up getting the powder dip which was new so I was like "why not try it out lmao!" My sister got gel nails the nail color was "Bubble bath"it was like this light pink, but pink is not for me lol. So as Ann was doing my powder dip, she showed me pictures of her adorable twins!! They were so cute!! Yen did my eyebrow dye and even though I looked funny, it looked darker and so on fleak!! Omg I know I'm writing so much but to end it off we looked soy good as we left, we looked like pop stars!! And it was so cheap, like under $80 in total like how! Me and my sister are definitely going back lmao!!

Provided by YP.comIt is a really good place to get great prices and I would advise coming here all the time. I love the massages and prices are extremely affordable. The manager and workers have a friendly environment and they have you in-and-out fast for easy access. I love this place and would go no where else for nails!

Provided by YP.comThis place is absolutely horrible. Horrible customer service from the MANAGER!!! She is just horrid. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE! For her to be a manager she is extremely rude, a true disappointment to her own kind! After she put acrylic on my nails I noticed an issue with one of them...I addressed it and asked her nicely to fix it , she began speaking about me to her coworkers, So unprofessional!! She does this all the time!!!! Please fire her
