I have lived here for over 8 years (my neighbor next to me over 20)!. Others here were here before I moved in. That should say something! Not a bad price for a nice neighborhood and they keep this place normal! They only pay water. You pay the Peco bill. I've never lived anywhere that paid Peco so I don't care. I've seen young girls move in who had wild parties and saw them moving the next month. I've also seen other crazy stuff and they all moved out quick as well. I'm in my mid 30's, not looking for a party place, just someplace normal to call home. I moved here in my late 20's. Neighbors are all cool, everyone minds their own business but are nice. It's a mix of younger and older and there are a bunch of kids here as well. They all play outside when the weather is nice. It's really more of a small community then a apartment complex to me, even though I don't know everyone who lives here. I don't think I want to, but I recognize faces and say hello. If I ever have to call to have anything fixed they are always right on it. I think some people may complain a little too much at times. I can replace my own light bulbs:) I'd say the one thing that I hate here is the windows but I've seen them putting in new ones in other units so maybe I'll ask about it. My kitchen was very old when I moved here and they put a new one in a few years ago. They are older (all the apts. have have different updates so if you come to see, ask to see a few if any others are available) but it's normal and clean. That's what is most important to me. You can do whatever you want inside to make it your own. I'd say yes. I want to live in Broomall and I would never live in any other complex here. They also allow kitty's:) I think everyone that lives here has one. You can see them in the windows. I think there are 49 units here. Small complex but sometimes better. Never had a parking issue! 4 stars because I obviously don't hate it here, I just wish some things could be updated like my bathroom and the windows.
