I had work done on new Jeep Cherokee (unfortunately twice!) but this Abra shop did a great job both times. Turn around times where fast and the work was professional. I was very happy. Plus if you have Geico -- they have a representative there all the time to help you with the claim.Don't listen to all these negative reviews -- you can take your auto there with confidence that will be done right and on-time.

I have dealt with 4 different auto body shops recently, and Abra Auto Body in Westminster was definitely the worst. I would describe their service as quick and crappy.I had a lot of front end damage. Abra had "repaired" and returned my car in 3.5 days including the time it took to order parts. I went back twice to have them correct things and got the car back with new issues. They also gave me a bunch of excuses or argued with me before doing the work.Some of the problems I found: Blemishes in the paint; slice in the paint where the clear bra was cut; paint drips on the edge of the hood; loose/wobbly bumper cover; bubbles and creases in the clear bra; unaimed headlights; hood, grill, and bumper cover not properly aligned; writing from white marker on my red paint; scratches (like sandpaper) in the clear coat; broken clips under the hood for the insulator, stopper, and seals.I gave up since they were never going to do quality work or repair my car back to a pre-accident condition.
