I just wanted to let you know that your driver, Fred, was incredible today. He was patient and explained things before he did them. He inspected my vehicle to check for damage. All I had was a flat tire, so he went well over and beyond today. I wanted you to know that your employee was wonderful and if I should ever need your type of services again, your company will be the first one I call, and if possible I’ll be requesting Fred. He turned an already crappy two days into a little bit of joy, as we conversed along our drive to the drop off location. I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone I can. Thanks again!

I got in a crash and a cop came by processed me and gave me advanced auto's card. he showed up and took my car, said he'd store it for $21 a day. I accepted and four days later i called to ask about the price. I was astonished to find the preic to be about $300. I asked where the huge price came from and he told me there was a $75 towing fee, a $85 admin fee(which he said was to look me up and get the vin to the car and the title info.) then about $85 for storage fee which was agreed on and then there was a $70 hook-up fee (which i have no idea what that is or why its expensive.) I told him i'd pay it and come get it today. I showed up to his only location and he wasn't there. I had to call the number on the sign posted out front and he said he would leave in 15 and be there. I had never been to a business where no one is at their location during hours especially since I called earlier and set up the pick up of the vehicle. I even payed in advance. When he showed up he said only the owner is allowed on the lot and tried to order my friend to get in his car while they were both off the business owners property. Then when i walked into his office i found out he had not even tried to run the credit card information that was given to him earlier. I then had to wait through the long process of the over the phone credit card transaction to happen. He showed no concern in keeping his customers happy. It almost seemed he knew he was in power because he had my car. At one point, before transaction he threatened to not take my business when he was holding my car. He obviously has no care for his business. He revealed to me that the cops give him business to people they find crashed on the side of the road in trade for letting the K-9 unit train in his old cars on his lot. This underhanded deal, the bogus fees he sneaks in at the end, and the car-hostage style tactics he uses are the only thing keeping such a careless, lazy, business open. I strongly recommend no one visit this business.

I broke down and the driver came to get me. First of all, they got to me very quickly and was more then helpful. As they towed my car, the guy that towed my car was so helpful in walking me through what he was doing and how to tow my car right. I was even shocked to get into the truck and he was listening to great music. I will always use these guys in the future.
