Alan came to my house after I have had 3 garage door companies in over 5 years. None of them were able to make the door operate properly. With my confidence in Alan, he installed 2 brand new garage doors and they look fantastic and operate better than they ever have.

Needed a new door put in, and after really going back and forth between big store or little man I went with big store. Alan just didn't give me the confidence that I needed in such a big purchase. I needed to know that if something went wrong I could call someone to fix it without dealing with the defensive man who did it. Alan came and looked at my door and the whole thing was a mistake. He was just not who I'd trust to do work at my house. Besides that he was terribly rude and abrupt and over all made me and my family uncomfortable. Asked us to turn off our radio because he was republic and the station offended him. Then wanted to get in a debate and we were less then willing he make a joke about how we didn't understand because if we were smart like him we'd be a republican. I'm not sure he even went to collage. I'm glad I went with a bigger name company, sometimes you win with the little man but I didn't feel like Alan was the wise choice to make for me and my family.
