One of the most unprofessional offices I have ever encountered. The so called office manager, Renee, was rude, arrogant, and highly unwilling to go the extra mile. When I called with questions, she was quite obviously put off by having to make the effort to look up information. The location is quite out of the way, and each time I have called to speak to the owner, he's not in. I don't know what kind of mickey mouse operation they are running, but they either need to step it up or try another line of work in which they don't have customer contact.
