We used them for 10 years and Chris used to do our taxes and it was great. Once Chris left, we had to deal with Fran who is not very professional in the sense that if you question her on any of the numbers she will throw a temper tentrum. She will never take a call and, the excuse is always that she is going into a meeting with a client. It doesn't matter when or how many times we tried calling to speak with her she was always "going into a meeting with a client". You'd think she had a million clients. So when you ask her questions about certain numbers, she won't talk to you and relays everything through a receptionist who tell you in advance that she isn't sure if she is relaying the information correctly. This year she refused to change something even though we provided backup and on the last day said she won't finish the taxes and gave all the paperwork back. So unprofessional.
