I contacted them about adding wall insulation to my house and no other company said it could be done (I contacted four others). They were busy and got back to me after a day and the sales lady (Debbie) came out after a week and was great. The crew was informative and answered my questions. I had a seconed Audit done after their work was done because other companies said I was getting ripped off. After a seconed test was done, not only was our hose more air tight but Infra red camera showed they filled more than their 95% garentee. They did miss one small cavity in the bathroom and even though they prommised a 95% fill they did come back for free and filled the cavity. Now three of my neighbors are going do it as well. Bit like they couldn't do my cavity wall insulation as i have a leanto shed against the side of my house. Call themselves specialist!!!! A ladder could of done the job, but not even mentioned. Believe these guys are just after a fast buck out of the Government funds and just doing the easy houses. I feel totally victimised, all due to a leanto shed!!!!

They talk a good sales pitch but their customer service is terrible. I took infrared pictures before and after. Cameron said their work is guaranteed. Well they missed some areas when blowing in attic insulation and despite being promised by Colleen that i would get a call back from Ken or Cameron no one ever called back, It also took several calls to get my final invoice despite them knowing i needed it to apply for rebates(i got it a month after work was done). I figured a bigger outfit like them would be a safe bet, i was wrong. Crew on day of work was polite. FYI, in colorado you don't need more than R-50 which is the lowest they quote at, law of diminishing return....anything more and its a waste of money, getting up in the R-60 to R-90 will not save you more money on heating bills.

I called for a price quote on some insulation. The lady who answered the phone was a total jerk. Rude and offensive attitude. She kept asking me the same question over and over and didn't listen to my answer. Talked down to me like she was too busy to deal with me.Avoid this company at all costs.

I had them come over to give me a price. I could not believe what they wanted to charge me. I got prices from another company that was almost half of what theirs was.. Why pay twice as much for the same thing?

This company was very promt and alert to my concerns and questions that I had. They were the only company that responded to my call quickly and had the work done in less than 36 hours from when they came out and did the estimate. They where also great when it came to pricing and working out a payment plan without interest. The best part was they where honest and I recieved a 300.00 rebate from x-cel with there help.
