Will never be back. They make rules and don't make everyone follow them, they make exceptions if they like you. Bathrooms are worse than job site potapotty. They don't have all drinks that are on the menu, and only make excuses as to why. Make sure you don't use any bad language near an employee or they will say you are cusing at them. Manager doesn't really care about the customers.

We have used Kiddie Kandids 4-6 times. The photographers are great at working with the kids to get good photos, so I have no complaint about the photographers.



My really big complaint is that the rest of the customer service STINKS!!! Today our photographer had to interupt our photo session several times to help another customer or answer the phone. They appeared to be under staffed, but had told us they were not busy at the time we scheduled the appointment. When we went to pick up the finished photos the manager stood at the counter on the phone and would not wait on us, or even acknowledge our presence (and we were not the only ones waiting).



I understand working with children and parents is a difficult task, but it is better to be OVER staffed (especially on week-ends) than UNDER staffed. Our experience there could have been much, much better if we had been treated as though our time there was important to them, that they were happy we came in and wanted us to return. None of that happened. I even spoke to the manager on the phone this after noon and his only response was "Gee, I'm sorry"

That's not enough.
