My Big Red was broken down for about 3 weeks and I been calling around to find out what may be wrong with her. Every shop I spoken to told me it was a head-gasket (quotes ranging from $4000-$10,000). When I called Mag-CO (now price shopping) I told Joel it was a hand-gasket and was just asking for a quote. I did describe the issue to Joel and he blow my mind in telling me that it may not be a head-gasket and it sound like it maybe a common problem that he has fixed in the past (this showed experiences). He did say he'll have to still look at it to be sure; I was just so excited to hear that it maybe something else and what a price different too. That I was willing to give Joel's shop a chance; past reviews did help me in making the decision to tow my truck 26.3 miles one way from my home and I'm TRULY HAPPY I did. Joel was on the nose with what Big Red issue was and for under $400 + tow, Joel and his team have my children and I back on the road once again. Joel and his team did a GREAT job my truck SOUNDS WONDERFUL! Thank you very much Joel and Team, you have a customer for LIFE!I know a bit about trucks but nothing about the engine or transmission beside it needing to have its fluids checked. I brought my jeep in at 70,020 miles with an engine that wasn't working. I found Joel and his staff extremely helpful when I called in distress and found out I had a defective valve spring in my engine. The mechanic Tom offered to make the tool needed to fix the problem instead of charging me for it from Chrysler, saving me atleast 1000.00. As a single parent I was so thankful for them for helping me and being honest and caring about my predicament. This shop is the best and now all my friends and family go here.

Once again I was reminded why I have been using Mag-Co for years. These guys don't try to upsell you on repairs. As a matter of fact this time they talked me out of doing my brakes which is what I brought it in for. Very friendly and knowledgable. I have sent numerous friends over the years and they all continue to use them. They actually have the car complete when they say and I dn't have to bring it back time after time like I have with other repair facilities. I love these guys.

i had a timing belt and new front struts put into my honda in 2011. a year later I had to replace them all. out $1500. don't trust them.
