Metro Security is cold and heartless. I asked Kim to cancel my contract because my husband lost his job and she told me it would cost 900$ to cancel. She also told me she was turning me into a collection agency. Gee, you would think in these economic times people wouldn't be so rigid.

My husband signed a 3 year contract for the alarm service and was laid off shortly after signing the contract. I called Metro and talked to Kim and asked her to cancel the contract due to the circumstances. She was heartless and rude and told me it would cost 900$ to cancel and informed me she was turning me into a collection agency. I am stunned in this economy and company would not give some consideration to the unemployed.
