They are actually a whole lot more than Chiropractors. Rock Creek provides the full spectrum of Wellness services, including Doctor Monitored Weight Loss. I gained weight after an injury that knocked me off of my feet and Chiropractic and rehabilitative exercise are part of my therapy. The variety of expertise offered at Rock Creek is impressive and the staff is really helpful and pretty darn cool people. I highly recommend checking these guys out. A well balanced approach to healing and rehab seems to make the work a little easier and the pain a bit less intense.

Sent my husband to Rock Creek Spine for bad lower back pain and tagged along. The staff was super helpful and they have a beautiful new office. They have a variety of services and "walk the talk" so to speak regarding a complete approach to health and wellness. They even have onsight exercise programs and a full Pilates studio. The Dr. was really nice and even called my husband to check in on him the next day. I really liked the vibe there and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. My husband didn't want the Free Massage and gave it to me..can't wait!

Drs. Ryan and Melissa started me on my journey to getting my life back. With multiple disk issues, I had experienced chronic lower back and neck pain for many years. My primary care doctor thought I should have surgery, but that would be my last resort. After trying every therapy out there, including traditional chiropractic, injections, physical therapy, intramuscular stimulation, and even prolotherapy, none of it gave me more than temporary relief. Then I found Rock Creek Spine and Rehab. The day that I had my initial consultation with Dr. Melissa, I realized there was finally hope. She explained how their goal is to get your spine back to "as close to normal" as possible. With their multi-faceted approach, they designed a custom therapy for my situation, which includes chiro adjustments, traction and decompression. Pilates rehab is strengthening my body to support all the things they are doing to straighten my spine. After a just a few months under their care, my neck is well on its way to curving in the direction it's supposed to, my lower back no longer spasms, and my pain has decreased tremendously. I am well on my way to being 100% again, and I don't have to expect a lifetime of pain anymore. And THAT is priceless. No spinal surgery for me... Once my therapy is completed, I plan to do maintenance with RCS&R forever, to keep myself straightened out. :) Thank you so much, Rock Creek, for getting it right!

I have seen different chiropractors on and off all my life and no one measures up to Dr's Melissa and Ryan. They actually educate you on how to thing happen and give you exercises to help prevent or cope with certain repetitive conditions. I had no idea how much pain I was in until they corrected my issues. I am more in tune with my body now and come in before something causes me that kind of pain again. Thank you!

I have been suffering from lower back pain for a long time and have had posture problems as well. I never thought my problems would go away and I thought I would be having to take Advil for the rest of my life. I was referred to Rock Creek Spine and I was shocked at what they told me. My spine was crooked and they could put it back into alignment and get me out of pain. I am midway through my treatments and I am already feeling so much better! I can stand for so much longer and I have even had compliments on my posture! The place is really nice and Dr. Ryan and Dr. Melissa are great doctors! It is such a friendly environment and I would highly recommend their services!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started going to Rock Creek Spine and Rehab as a referral from a friend who had been struggling for years with back pain and migraines. She almost had to quit her job until she found Dr. Ryan and Melissa. I sell real estate and I thought I was going to have to retire because I was having such a hard time with back and hip pain when showing property. The spinal decompression has been very effective. They also apply different techniques of physical therapy in addition to adjustments that I have never experienced with other chiropractors. The surroundings are clean and comfortable and the support staff is wonderful. I can't say enough about their apparent dedication to making people well and independent.
