I loved this place. I take my friends who have never had high noon tea to discover an authentic piece of England. All my friends have loved it. You definitely must go if you've never been. The service is incredible, the tea is fantastic, the atmosphere is perfect, and the food is divine. They finish you off with a glass of champagne. Their scones are amazing, and they come with real Devonshire Cream!

Provided by YP.comI have been to this restaurant for tea, brunch and a party. On all occasions the food and service was of poor quality. The description and promised menus were not what we received. Food was cold and of low quality. Service was disorganized and slow. I do not recommend this place for any special occasion. Their marketing ideas are good but they do not have the skill to execute what they offer. Don't waist your money.

Provided by YP.comI went here with my husband and his family. His grand parents were English so I thought it would be a nice for them. A wonderful experience. The service was attentive and prompt. The decor is a little old school but the actual location more than makes up for it. The food was great. My husbands family have not stopped talking about how good it was.
They gave us complimentary Yorkshire Pudding to start. Hot, right out of the oven. I enjoyed the fish & chips. My husband and fahter in law both had the Corned Beef and my Mother in Law had the Lancashire Hot Pot. Could not have been better. Perfectly seasoned, hot and large portions. Perhaps a little to large as we were to full for Dessert.
We will be going back.

Very nice suprise indeed. I took my wife for Tea as I wanted her to taste English food. The Tea service is amazing. Scones with real homemade Devonshire Cream, Lots of finger sandwiches and individual tasty desserts. It came with our choice of homemade soup or salad and then to cap it off they gave us Champagne. I have taken her to the Brown Palace before and even though this place does not have the history that the Palace has it was so much better and less expensive. The Red Hats sat near us seemed to think it was good to. I am taking my wife back for dinner as they have a full dinner menu to. I have heard the fish and chips are as authentic as you can get. Great, great find.
