Took our 4 month old puppies for their very first grooming. Both were anxious, one especially so. Jayne is very personable and answered our questions patiently. Se did a very nice job, especially since one of our pups would not hold still.

Got there this morning at 7:15 for a 7:30 appointment... No one was in the office. I called them at 7:30; 7:37 and 7:43... No one answering! At 7:50 a man trying to drop off his dogs got one of her yardmen to call her... She could not come in and was "about" to start calling people. I totally understand if you can not open because you are in pain, but you can call your clients or at least answer your phone... Not a way to run a business!!!!! I was over an hour late for work because I had to turn around and bring my dogs home!!!! Totally Unacceptable!!!!!

Jayne was absolutely wonderful with our Bassett, who is very spoiled and has separation anxiety issues. She went over and above to accommodate her. We were very pleased with Jayne's work, that we didn't need to leave our dog all day, she was able to schedule her appointment within 2 days and the cost was reasonable. I had called a number of groomers in the area and left a message with not a single one calling back. Gratefully this lead me to Paradise Pet Salon, where Jayne answered the phone personally. I will definitely be taking our dog back and highly recommend this groomer!
