Richard's Seasoning is terrifi...

Richard's Seasoning is terrific on chicken. I cook leg quarters over charcoal on a Big Green Egg grill almost weekly. The seasoning allows me to cook at low heat, but helps the skin crisp at low temperatures. Not too hot, not too bland. Well balanced...so much so, that I drive to the one store 12 miles away to purchase the seasoning. As long as I've got some Kingsford charcoal (most important to good cooking), I know Richard's seasoning will provide wonderful results. Cover the meat liberally when placed on the grill, and again when turned over. Great on Pork too! Best when slow cooking. --Fink
