This place is good if you have no ambitions to evolve in your life. The pay rate to start is nearly $8 with once a year raise of 10 to 50 cents. For a supplier of advance Electronics Parts, this is ridiculous. They make people work long hours you can't do anything else once you work there. Good side is that they offer free insurance for single workers but if you have kid or spouse, you pay around $ 150.00 biweekly out of your $ 8/h or $9/h salary. Bottom line, R&D is not a good place to work if your are someone with ambitions. It is a third world american class job and people you see working there are country side folks with little or no education and they being working there for 10 to 15 years . Can't raise a family with R&D. Good luck to you though.
