I'm very sensitive about my son having autism and being treated different than other children. All he wanted to do was swing on the carousel and the owner of this place said that he was too big to play. I was a little upset at first because when we were there last week they didn't say he couldn't be on this equipment and there is no sign with an age, weight, or height limit nor is there a sign that states this is the toddler area, nor do I think that this equipment is safe for a toddler. When we first got there he ran strait to the carousel and played as he did the last time. He also wanted to keep the gate closed and the staff member that was monitoring the equipment told him no it has to stay open and I told her that he has autism and she apologized. About ten minutes later the owner came and told that staff member he was too big and I made him go play with something else and made sure he didn't go back in. He's 8 and it was understandable until I saw other kids his size and bigger playing on it and knocking kids down and no one made them get out. No one was monitoring the big slides making sure kids weren't going up the slides. So many other safety hazards were happening. So us parents who were watching our kids went down the slides with our kids and nicely told other kids not to go up and to go down one at a time. Management then came and told us that adults could not go further than the first floor. Until this place is safe and fair for all children, I don't recommend going. The owner now has a list of my safety concerns, refunded the money we paid to get in, and hopefully will hire more staff and fix the issues. I do not recommend going here until this place is safe and fair to all children and parents. Sadly after tonight, we will not be back for a while.
