This was the first year I used this E-Z Green Lawn Care Service and the last. I prepaid for the year and paid for grub conrol and I now have grubs and the reciept claiming that it was applied to the lawn. The last time they were at the house was 6/14/11. I tried calling the posted number and it is out of service. I hope to get a refund if possible or the person that took my hard earned money serves jail time for fraud.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KENNETH HALL. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. The business has 30 days to respond. We all know they will not respond. I hope Ken calls me next spring for lawn service ... I'll pick the pay as you go plan ... then not pay until he lives up to his 2011 contract. He is a disappointment to the Downriver area. If he fell on bad times he should have had the integrity to inform his customers.

I pre-paid for 4 applications they came out twice, the second time back yard was so wet so only did part of the yard. I thought they would come out later after it dried out but never saw them again and now when I tried to call phone is out of service. They are scams.

Please Please Please people contact the woman that left her phone number. WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! they take your money and run!!!! this is terrible. ******* star rating " none" exist !!!!!!

I am so disappointed in the service by E-Z green! They NEVER showed up on time and now their phone number is disconnect! We pre-paid and now there is no way to get our money back!

The owners should be arrested for Embezzlement for keeping customers money & not fulfilling their contracts when they were PAID UP FRONT IN FULL.. I've heard owner-Kenneth Hall is still in business.. He should give REFUNDS OR GO DIRECTLY TO JAIL !!!

My lawn looks terrible, the worst it has been in years. I prepaid the full amount and received possibly 3 treatments. The saying "you get what you paid for" applies here. I observed them treating my lawn only once and the spray weed killer used did not have any tell tale smell. The weeds also got healthier. This outfit is a scam. They never returned any of my phone calls earlier in the year and now the phone is disconnected. Do not waste your money on E-Z Green Lawn Care Service.

I am a Senior Citizen Widow and I am on a very low income, but try to keep my home nice. I also, paid Ken in full and only received 3 applications. My daughter-in-law, Karen, is helping me with this e-mail and any one can contact her @ 734-379-3826. She is calling the BBB, do to me calling the Brownstown & Woodhaven Police, with no help @ all, they both said that I would have to get a lawer, which I can not afford. Karen is calling channel 7 action news, maybe we can do this all together for some king of solution for this problem and hopefully get this problem cleared up.

Hello Folks, there is something you can do! I know of 3 people that the same thing has happened to them. If interested in doing something about this. please let me know and we will unite!!!!!!!!!! PS they ask for a star rating how about a "0" or "R" for rip offs!!

EZ Green sprayed one application for my lawn the day I handed them payment for the full season of lawn treatments and some additional services. Since then they haven't been back and each time I talk to them it's been lie after lie after lie from the owner Kenneth Hall and Cindy. The funny part is that they never can get their stories straight.



For the last few weeks, their office seems to be vacant and their business phone number is no longer accepting phone calls.



If you're another ripped off customer, you should try to call Cindy at 734-721-7271, seems to be her cell number. However she never answers for me and surprisingly she doesn't return messages. These people are criminals.

I paid for 6 applications and only got two - It's now August and they haven't been here since May. My yard has been full of weeds all summer. I called a few weeks ago and my call was returned by a Cindy, who promised to make things right within a week. The office phone is now not accepting calls and Cindy is not returning calls. So I'm going to report this to BBB and Ruth to the Rescue.

They have been bad news from the beginning.The don't show up on a regular schedule and I too pre-paid for a whole season and found they aren't answering their phone. They also haven't been here in just about 2 mos. so I'm ready to call "Ruth To The Rescue" on channel 4.

I agree with Happy999. I prepaid for an entire year to get the discount they offered, and they are now not answering the phone and haven't shown up in 3 months. Do not do business with these criminals.

Don't do business with this company. I don't want to get into the details, but they have no intergrity. Please find someone else to take care of your lawn.
