Provided by YP.comI was given a quote of 325.00to remove toilet, replace flange and wax ring, toilet back on, after he inspected it.Bob comes back and says oh I just saved you a bunch of money, its just a pipe that wasn't glued good.so he took off 75.00 for service call.and charged me 250.00 to glue a pipe.I thought that was way to high to glue a pipe.as he was leaving he tells me Maybe next time you can have your son do it!!!! He's in California..RUDE.
