Silver Seal Products Co Inc

I ordered a micro sleeve for my Mustang from Silver Seal (www.silver-seal.com/) based on some things I had read about rear main seal leaks and the ability of this micro sleeve to stop it. I ordered the sleeve and installation tool and had to pay for Priority shipping, which was fine because I know it's 2 too 3 day shipping. I ordered it on Friday July 1st. By Tuesday July 5th I was wondering why I hadn't seen an email from them yet. I understand I ordered it on the Friday before July 4th weekend, but still I paid for Priority mail and it should have shipped, if not that day, then Tuesday. I received an email Wednesday July 6th saying it had shipped. I called Silver Seal (800-521-2936) to ask why it took so long to ship. The lady that answered said she was putting me on the phone with the guy in charge of shipping, and I am pretty sure his name was Jay. I asked him why it will be Friday July 8 at the earliest for me to get my order, since I paid quite a bit for priority mail, about $14. I said it's a small part/tool that doesn't weigh anything and he got audibly irritated and said it has nothing to do with weight, it's about the size of the packaging, and I said well still it's two small parts. He said the boxes are large. This went on briefly and finally I said it doesn't make sense that I paid for Priority mail and my stuff is just being shipped today, which is nearly a week later. At this point I was absolutely raising my voice because this Jay guy was talking to me as if I wasn't a customer and he wasn't at work. Then he said it's my own fault for ordering it on July 4th weekend, and what the hell did I think was going to happen. I said is this how you talk to your customers, and he replied "we don't give a fuck about you". Seriously. We don't give a fuck about you. THEN he said I was a shit kicking redneck from Texas. SERIOUSLY. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me. I asked again and told him I planned on reviewing the company online and I wanted to put his name on it, and he said "Go ahead, I'll review you back". Not sure what this even means, since I don't own a business. I asked to speak to somebody in charge and he said "You're talking to him". Finally he put me on the phone with another lady who said their system had been down and that's why nothing had shipped until that day. I said that's fine but that's not why you and I are talking now, we are talking now because of Jay and what he said to me. She got short with me as well, although she was much better than Jay. At least she didn't make negative comments about Texas several times and call me a shit kicking redneck. Still, if the system was down, and no orders since Friday July 1 had been processed or shipped, and this company did nothing to notify customers of this issue, I imagine they were fielding calls from people like me all day. I don't feel sorry for them. I wish I hadn't bought the part. I don't want their product in my car. Here is a quote directly from their own website:

Same day order fill? Best in customer service? Not only are these statements WAY off, but I've never in my life been spoken to by anyone at any business like Jay spoke to me.
