I have been shopping with the Austin since 2005 and they’ve always been just the greatest people to deal with. They always have top quality furniture and services. They have beautiful furniture the only problem I have ever had is having a problem deciding what I am buying! I have never had a bad experience with them. It’s the best customer service I have ever experienced they make you feel like family especially the matriarch of the store , Mrs. Jean Austin, she’s is absolutely a beautiful lady. I don’t shop anywhere else. They are professional but make you feel at home. They always have a great selection of home decor to pick from . It’s a clean spacious set in the store so you feel comfortable shopping. I just can’t say enough, right down to their delivery and set up service they and very professional and genuinely great customer service oriented. Thank you so much and I will definitely continue to do business with you.
