I had an exceptional experience with Addax Locksmith Company. Locksmith consultant Jesse demonstrated high quality woth ethics, support, and professionalism. Mr. Jesse worked diligently in opening my vehicle so I could retrieve my key left inside. CDC guidelines were followed accordingly, proper PPE was used by both parties at all times, and social distancing requirements were followed. I was absolutely content with the service provided and time it took to wrap everything up. Thank you for Jesse for demonstrating great customer service.

I implore everyone to call these guys when you need a locksmith. Very great service, punctual, professional, and careful! Instead of scuffing my paint trying to get into my car I decided to give them a call and was more than happy when they got here on time and had me in my car in literal seconds! I called Jesse on Sunday to unlock my vehicle thinking it couldn't be possible. I was surprised that he was available on a Sunday and arrived in a timely manner.

I bought a control for my car because I couldnt be able to close or open the doors & it was programmed very fast (5Minutes)

I called ADDAX after getting a quote from a SPI Local locksmith and saved $50.00 by calling ADDAX. Jesse arrived early for the service call and was in uniform and was very courteous and professional. Jesse had all the knowledge, equipment and experience to handle my service call. I will refer ADDAX to anyone who asks me if I know of a qualified licensed locksmith!

Addaax Locksmith Co. Provided me with excellent customer service. I lost the keys to my 2001 Nissan vehicle and had no other mode of transportation. I needed a lock installed on my PELLA patio door. They were the only company in Brownsville that could do the work and I contacted 3-4 others prior to being given their name. Came to look at the job so that he could give an estimate. Cost was reasonable, arrived promptly, performed the job in a timely manner. Very professional. I would highly recommend them.
