One of their drivers cut me off on the road and caused this damage to my sunroof in the process. I called the company to see what could be done and the lady that answers the phone was very rude. She has horrible customer service skills. I asked to speak to the owner(the website says family owned) and she said no. When I asked to speak to a manger she said no once again and said she didn’t know any of their names. I then asked her for her name so I could keep track of who I talked to within the company. She refused to give me her name and hung up
