Poor quality of child care!! The teacher in the toddler room left a hot glue gun within my niece's reach. She suffered a severe burn to her forearm. She then tried placing the blame on my 2 year old niece when she should not have left the glue gun on or within reach. When we stopped by unannounced we discovered they were placing my niece in a high chair for extended periods of time. They also refuse to assist with potty training even though they state that they do. When I brought these issues to the attention of one of the teachers she became very angry to the point of wanting to get physical. Clear red flag and indication that someone with her character and behavior should not be near children. To make matters worse the director attempted to cover for her employee's.
