First time, I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and an order of cini minis. Order took 45 minutes. I couldn't back out of the drive thru because it's situated to where once your in you get trapped and can't turn around. I was late and so were my kids. No manager on duty to help out. Second time, I went inside the dining room thought maybe it would take less time. Nope, 35 minute wait but I couldn't leave because kids were hungry and time had already been wasted. Again, no manager to help. Third time, I thought I'll call the order in. Problem was no one would answer the phone. I called several times and sometimes someone would pick up the phone and I could hear noise in the background but no one would take the order. Who own's this place? Does anyone know? This place is screaming "I like to lose customers and I really don't care."
