I had to tell the waitress my order 4 times. She brings the other 3 people in my party their food which was cold and soggy and than tells me she didn't understand my order. Did I still want it! Had to call the manager over to see if he could aid in the situation. Being so close to the border I could understand if the waitress spoke little English but this gal spoke good english. Also she was pre occupied with a table with 3 males. After an hour and a half I finally get my order. Absolute worst experience I've ever had at IHOP or any restaurant!!!

Horrible experience, no offense food taste great, but service lacks big time, i had no coffee refills had to stand up to ask, i would understand if it was busy but heck having time to talk and chill inst satisfying costumers to enjoy there meal and come back. Its not like it just happened once its pretty much the couple of times iv gone.

The first reviewer mentioned the bad service. However, the food is bad too.

service is the worst i've encountered in allthe restaurants i've been too........i would get better waiters and more people oriented personel.
