The general facility is brand new and so very clean. My review is about my experience at Chester's restaurant. Was happy that this opened so near me. Unfortunately, my first experience there was not good at all. I was the only one there at the moment. Stood there looking at what was available but no one bothered to look at me or greet me in any way. I was the only one there standing right in front of the register. When I finally flagged the guy indicating that I was ready (seemed bored to me) I got chicken, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. The chicken tasted old and was very dried out. The coleslaw was room temperature and the mashed potato was at best average. I am NOT a fussy eater!! It has to be pretty bad before I would make an effort to complain. It is pretty new, so I will give it another try and see what happens. Totally NOT impressed with the employees though. Very hard to find good employees with a friendly disposition. They haven't found them yet at Chester's.
