Look for other options, there is a lot of people who can repair small engines and cheaper, this guy is too expensive.

Took an air compressor to him for repair. Never heard back. Finally went in person and he couldn't find it. I looked to. It wasn't there but there were hundreds of old ones sitting around. He claims that he called me. He never did. He explained that people leave stuff there and abandon them. He assumed I had done that. I suspect that he couldn't fix some one else's so he sold them mine because he offered to do the same for me. My compressor was a lot newer and nicer than all there. He stole mine and made a profit. She is not tell the whole story what had happen is that Mr. Navarro had already talked to the husband about the price of a parts, the tune up, and the labor charges so when the wife decides to pick up the tractor without paying anything she started to go all crazy and we from Navarro's company had to call the police. Navarros #1 as well refused to accept their work due to that in passed occasions they have refused to pay for the work being done. We here at Navarro's #2 are here to help and assist our customers as best as possible, we have many happy people here and of course not everyone will be happy. I sent in my riding lawnmower for a tune up and was charged 200 dolllars for it. the tractor now does not work. terrible service. The Los Fresnos office called the police on me for complaining about the price. Do not use these guy's services. Carlos Navarro is a thief and a liar.
