Have used this store before to ship items. Went in to ship some bottles. The attendant a young girl advised that she could not ship alcohol as it had to be shipped a certain way. She mentioned that the manager was gone and he was the only one that could box the liquor. I explained that during working hours there should be someone in the store that can ship alcohol.

The young attendant says the manager had another job and he makes his own hours. I told her how is that my problem. She said that I needed to understand, I told her that me as the consumer cane to get a service and as such would pay for such service.

Her response was come back on Sunday when the manager is here. I said this is horrible customer service. You should have someone here during working hours that can ship anything. She finished with a stellar response” come back and apply so I could learn how to ship the box”. This is how our youth excels in customer service.

Never again will I bring my business here.

BEWARE OF FALSE INFORMATION! I went in to schedule notary services for a POA and a will. He (the owner) asked me the usual questions which is understandable considering a Power of Attorney is a serious document. AFter I explained the situation (and that it involved sale of a property and a possible lawsuit) he proceeded to ask questions about a lawsuit and that he needed to know this in order to decide if he was going to notarize the document. ONe has nothing to do with the other. He then informed me that the POA does NOT have to be filed with county but the will does. THIS IS FALSE. IN order for anyone to execute a POA IT HAS TO BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE. A WILL IS A PERSONAL DOCUMENT AND IS TO BE FILED AND EXECUTED UPON DEATH. RIDICULOUS. He grilled me about the source of the document which I downloaded via THE LIBRARY FROM LEGAL DEPOT. TOTAL MISINFORMATION ON LEGAL ISSUES. HE IS A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL.
