Lost $300 because UPS said the...

Lost $300 because UPS said they delivered a package! and they did not! Their customer rep told me to go around the neighborhood asking if they received the package! !!!?WHat?!!! Now I have to wait for UPS to contact the shipper before they can help me out! I'm sure they did not deliver this package and now there is nothing I can do!!! Avoid UPS service!
