I took my car to this body shop as it was the one that was the insurance company 'recommended'. There were 3 'major' parts that needed to be replaced: rear panel, bumper, turn signal. They got the repair fixed more quickly than the insurance estimate and it was because it was NOT done correctly. The turn signal was not working at all (and it even went to the service dept for work and no one caught that it was not working), the panel was not put on correctly so the rear door looked like it wasn't closed completely, and the bumper was either installed correctly or was not for the correct model. The 2nd time I had to return about the turn signal (it took 2 visits to fix), I alerted them about the bumper and their response: "what do you want us to do about it?" With even further inspection, I have now found a place by the trunk that they broke while putting the bumper on. It was great that they got it done quickly, I just wish they had done it correctly. I'm now going to waste a 3rd day at the dealer...wish they had taken those 3 days to do it the correct way in the first place.

I'm very happy with my dealings with Tipton Motors. They have always been very helpful.
